Hello my name is DJ Collins, a Northeast Georgia Mountain native that has called the Emerald Coast of Panama City Beach, Florida my home since 2018. Since coming to Christ as a preteen, I have always had the heart and desire to serve Jesus and His people. I have gotten to serve many ministries and Christian communities over the years, but it wasn't until I heard a story of two Moravian Missionaries, John Dober and David Nitschmann from Germany that really set my heart on fire for global mission work. These two young men in 1732, sold themselves into slavery to travel to an island in the Danish West Indies where three thousand African slaves were unreached by the Gospel. It stirred something inside me and I knew I wanted to spend my days spreading the Gospel-at all cost-for His Glory.

I am so excited to be serving Jesus and His beautiful Haitian people.  From teaching English, to building sustainable houses, serving at the hospital, and loving on Haitian orphans- being the hands and feet of Jesus in every opportunity is my one desire.
